📜 Terms & Conditions – 1010 Photography Zambia


1. Booking & Confirmation


All bookings must be confirmed in advance.


A booking is only secured once an agreed deposit has been paid.


The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.



2. Payment Policy


Payments can be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash.


Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.


Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery of photos and videos.



3. Cancellation & Rescheduling


If a client cancels the booking, the deposit is not refundable.


Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.


In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies), both parties will make reasonable arrangements.



4. Coverage & Event Conditions


The client is responsible for ensuring access to the event venue.


1010 Photography Zambia is not responsible for missed shots due to:


Late arrival of clients


Restricted access


Poor lighting or weather conditions


Interference from guests or event delays




5. Delivery of Photos & Videos


Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.


Delivery timelines may vary depending on event size and workload.


Raw (unedited) files are not provided unless agreed upon in advance.



6. Editing & Creative Style


All editing is done in the professional style of 1010 Photography Zambia.


Requests for excessive re-editing may attract additional charges.



7. Copyright & Usage Rights


1010 Photography Zambia retains the copyright to all images and videos.


Clients are granted personal usage rights.


The business reserves the right to use selected images/videos for portfolio, marketing, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.



8. Client Responsibilities


Clients must clearly communicate event details, locations, and schedules.


Any special requests must be discussed before the event day.



9. Equipment & Technical Issues


In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.


Every effort is made to safeguard all captured content.



10. Acceptance of Terms


Booking our services indicates that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
